Vancouver Island Outdoor Recreation Coalition

We are a coalition of people who enjoy the outdoors on Vancouver Island. Representing a cross-section of recreation disciplines, we believe in multi-user land access solutions, the preservation of recreational greenspace, and the general benefit of responsible outdoor recreational pursuits. (VIORCMandate) Our #1 priority is to regain recreational access to TimberWest lands (see TimberWestLandAccess for more information on the issue).

The idea behind using the TWiki is to have an on-line collaborative space to share information and collaborate on Vancouver Island recreational land access issues. A few of the features of this site include:

1. You can hit "edit" on any page to write a note that the group can see - a virtual whiteboard
2. You can up-load maps, photos, reports, or just about anything else you want to share with the group.
3. To logout, just close your browser window
