The idea behind using the TWiki is to have an on-line collaborative space to design and review Off-Road Council ideas/plans.

Wikis are intended to foster creative exchanges of opinions and ideas in an environment free enough to offer all users a voice. They enable content collaboration, but they're actually a lot more. The end result of a wiki is not a document or a chapter, but rather a book - a book that need never be finished, that you can modify whenever necessary.

A few of the features of this site include:

1. You can access uploaded documents, make changes and upload the new document easily
2. You can hit "edit" on the discussion pages to write a note that the group can see - a virtual whiteboard
3. To logout, just close browser window
