The idea behind using the TWiki is to have an on-line collaborative space to design and review BCTBC ideas/plans.

A few of the features of this site include:

1. You can access uploaded documents, make changes and upload the new document easily
2. You can hit "edit" on the discussion pages to write a note that the group can see - a virtual whiteboard
3. To logout, just close browser window
