  • An enterprise grade IP telephone system
    • Call-me Follow-me -> allowing you to give one number to callers, the system will track you to your cellphone, office, or home. The caller doesn't have to try numerous phone numbers to reach you. Often they just call the cellphone first, greatly increasing costs. Great for mobile/remote offices and jobsites
    • Advanced call distribution based on who is calling, when, and to whom -> send the caller directly to their assigned representative in sales, support, field research, or project management
    • Voice Conferencing & Calling -> get your own conference room number, available anytime for ad-hoc meetings
    • Direct dialing from your CRM -> recording when you called someone, the subject matter, and time spent for project billing
    • Advanced voicemail management -> have your messages emailed to you anywhere in the world. Have separate Not In and Busy messages

BCMountainVOIP hosted collaboration tools are available on a pre-paid subscription basis.

  • TWiki based virtual whiteboard space is free to those groups and group members who are registered.
  • Our hosted SugarCRM Contact/Customer Management Relationship Management system use is $65 per month per 1st three Group users, and $18/group user for each additional user.
    • BCMountainVOIP has a number of SugarCRM templates for you to choose from to suit your situation, or we can customize one specifically for your organization.
    • Use of direct calling through the CRM, plus inbound call tracking will incur telecommunication costs.

These tools are established Open Source software with large community support and following. This gives you a piece of mind, knowing that your are being serviced by a community that is in the thousands. BCMountainVOIP hosts and customizes these tools for each organization's requirements. You define who can access your information, both within and outside your organization, with password controls installed to verify users.
